Biological pathways are powerful tools in understanding biology and analyzing large experimental datasets. Collecting and curating pathway information is a challenging task that involves integrating information scattered across different resources, usually requiring knowledge of a specialized biologist. This paper describes a community-based approach for pathway curation by using a wiki, where biologists can directly create and edit pathway information.
