      • Reasons for recommending:
In the 2007 Methods to Watch, Nature Methods highlighted how researchers have begun to integrate proteomics techniques, cryo-electron microscopy, X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy and computational tools to tackle the structure of large macromolecular assemblies like the nuclear pore complex. What do you think of the progress in this area since?

  • as long as i study about biochemistry methods,we usually using milli pores to extract proteins or enzymes. The integrated of your tools i think could be more effective for analysis new proteins results. However in the laboratory still so many human's error behaviour which also could takes influence.Still in the positive thinking that finding new methods would gave much progression. kindly regards Tiurma Simanjuntak
