本文首次利用SPE-HPLC-UV法研究天然生物活性成分异秦皮啶不同形式给药后的大鼠体内的药动学行为的差异。研究结果表明，异秦皮啶单体口服给予大鼠后，仅在0.19 h表征一个强吸收峰，且体内延迟时间较短。而以刺五加标准提取物形式口服给予大鼠后，在0.31h和8.70h表征两个强吸收峰，且体内作用时间和生物利用度与单体给药相比显著提升，这或许归功于中药多成分之间的转化与协同作用。从而揭示中药给药形式的有效性和合理性，及中药作用持久的内在规律，也为中药活性的现代评价提供一个全新思路。 本文发表于日本的Chemical and Pharmaceutical Bulletin(SCI 收录)。全文见Chem.
