        First paper highlighting the physiological causes of neurodegeneration in Multiple Sclerosis MS. Authors have mentioned that disturbed microcirculation in jugular vein (due to pressure changes), leads to CCSVI, subsequent iron depositions in cerebrospinal region and lost neuronal motor function. The authors had actually shown in patients that corrective surgery has tremendous capacity to restores motor function in almost paralyzed MS patients.
